Week 2 Downs and Ups

In my last blog post, I spoke about the slick talking scam artists ripping off thousands of people…me included!

In this post I will attempt to give a very brief ‘Look-Back-Snapshot’ of where I was and how this past week unfolded.

Without dwelling too much on my past forays into the world of Internet Income generation, quite frankly, although I did make some money from time to time, I could never seem to get past the barriers that kept me from earning a stable online income.
Thankfully, that is now all water under the bridge (past history) and now I work in the present with a keen eye on my future.

…So here is a look at how my past week has unfolded…Everyone likes to hear stories about how someone made a gazillion dollars with hardly any effort, right?
Sorry but at times my week was filled with more disappointments for me, than times where I felt like doing a ‘Happy Dance.’

The week started out with me being super excited about my plans…A few simple tasks:

#1 Spruce up a web site that I have owned for several years.

#2 Create a new blog to chronicle my progress.

#3 Set up various things to help me along with the process.

Here’s what actually unfolded:

#1 Murphy’s Law stepped into my life and really body-slammed me to the ground!

#2 I lost all of my data from my existing web site…(Totally my fault)
>>>Lesson learned…always do a back-up before attempting any web site changes. 🙁

#3 A blog that I had been publishing posts to for a couple of years also got erased.
>>Thankfully I still have copies of every post that I ever published.

To say that I was majorly frustrated with myself is a gross understatement, but I made a promise that I will NEVER give up.

Some valuable lessons learned from those mishaps include:

#1 As they say, “Rome was not built in a day.” I need to slow down before clicking buttons or anything else that could have negative results.
There is NO RACE!!! I no longer care if a task takes me a day or so longer to complete successfully as long I do the steps correctly. Who cares how long it takes? (within reason of course)

#2 All of the things that I am doing are Learn-able Skills, which I need to learn in order to succeed.
Yes, I know that I could simply hire someone to do the work for me, but I am a hands-on type of person who
believes that in order for me to call it ‘My Business’, I need to know how to build it myself.
I know there are thousands of folks who could have done my tasks without breaking a sweat and the way I see it,
if other folks can do it, then so can I.

#3 To get back on track, I need to follow the guaranteed path that my mentors are showing me.
>>Deviations from the proven plan will only delay my journey to my goals.

The week was not All Negative! Here are a couple of things that went exceedingly well! 🙂

#1 I took the initiative to study and successfully complete a course…I am very proud to announce that I am
now a Certified Partner with an Internet Company, based in the United Kingdom.

The company owner and two other fellow partners, also involved with the company, are just three of (in my humble opinion), the most incredible and knowledgeable Mentors that anyone could have!
I still have much to learn, but declare to my mentors and the readers of this blog>>>I am up for this exciting challenge and WILL Succeed!

#2 One other thing that I am also in the process of completing, is what we call “The 30 Day Challenge”
This challenge is basically a Fool-Proof Blueprint designed to take even a Newbie from scratch to earning an online income in 30 days.

I am Super Excited to tell you that I am now on Day 12 of the 30 day challenge!

There’s no looking back now!

The mistakes that I made in my distant past as well as the stupid mistakes of this past week are merely stepping stones to a better future and I am laser focused on my goals!

If any of my readers are also struggling and would like a more in-depth look at what has me soooo fired up, I can give you a No-Strings-Attached Free Pass to a video about the Company. Leave a comment below and I will give you details.

Looking forward to recording my ups and downs next week, I wish you success in whatever you do!

Cheers,

Morris Swinamer successable.com and blog starting over again
